Delivery & Shipping

How, when and where we deliver Implagen prosthetic components — plus free shipping thresholds and Incoterms.

1. Where we ship

All European Union member states, plus EEA (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein), Switzerland and the United Kingdom. For destinations outside these territories, please request a quote.

2. Lead time

• Stocked items: dispatched within 24–48 working hours from confirmed payment.
• Made-to-order: 3–7 working days depending on complexity.
• Bulk / project orders (100+ pcs): lead time confirmed in the proforma.

3. Couriers

All orders are shipped with DHL Express. Romania: next working day. European Union and EEA: typical transit 1–3 working days. A DHL tracking number is emailed on dispatch so the shipment can be followed door to door.

4. Shipping cost

• Romania: free above 500 EUR net, otherwise flat 4 EUR.
• European Union: free above 500 EUR net, otherwise 15–35 EUR depending on destination and weight.
• Bulk shipments: quoted case-by-case.

5. Incoterms

Standard delivery is DAP (Delivered At Place), Incoterms 2020. Risk transfers to the Buyer at the delivery address on handover by the courier. EXW and FCA terms are available on request.

6. Customs & duties (non-EU only)

For destinations outside the EU customs union, the Buyer is the importer of record and pays import VAT, duties and clearance fees.

7. Delivery inspection

On receipt please inspect the outer packaging in the presence of the courier. If damage is visible, sign the delivery note with reservation ("received with damage") and email us within 48 hours — see the Returns policy.

8. Missing or delayed shipments

If your tracking shows no update for 5+ working days after dispatch, contact us at contact@implagen.com. We open a claim with the courier and, if the shipment is confirmed lost, we resend at our cost.
