Which cookies and similar technologies we use on implagen.com, why, and how to control them.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies (localStorage, session storage, pixels) work the same way — we group them all under "cookies" below.

2. Categories we use

Essential (always on)

Required for the website to work. Cannot be switched off.

• implagen-lang — remembers your language choice.
• implagen-cart — keeps your quote / order list between page loads.
• implagen-cookie-consent — remembers your cookie choice.

Analytics (optional)

Aggregated, anonymised usage to help us improve product listings and page performance. Only loaded after you accept.

Marketing (optional)

Used only if we run advertising campaigns. Not active by default. Only loaded after you accept.

3. Managing your choice

You control cookies in three places:

• Our cookie banner (shown on first visit).
• Your browser settings (delete or block cookies per domain).
• The button below — reopen the banner and change your preferences at any time.

4. Third parties

We do not embed third-party ad networks by default. If we introduce analytics or embedded maps/video, we will list the specific providers here and update the banner accordingly.

5. Retention

Consent choice: 12 months, then we re-ask. Session cookies: cleared when you close the browser. Persistent cookies: expire per the schedule described above.

Request a quote

For quotation requests, we store only the selected product identifiers, pack sizes and quantities in your browser for up to 7 days (implagen-quote-items-v1). The request reference is stored for the current browser session (implagen-quote-reference-v1). Company and contact details are not saved in this browser storage. This storage is necessary to keep your request while you browse; it is cleared after a successful submission.
